Our period pants and reusable pads are delivered through Amazon, and Amazon will also handle returns for these items
We will accept returns if:
• The product is faulty
• The product has been wrongly described
• You receive the wrong item
On rare occasions, items may arrive damaged in transit.
If you believe your order has arrived in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@fullstopperiodwear.com.

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product(s)
• A copy of your receipt or order confirmation
If a refund is approved, we will process it in full within 3 working days of receiving your email. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for your bank to credit the refund to your account.
