Order Fulfilment

We use two different fulfilment methods depending on the product you purchase:
• Period Pants & Pads
These items are fulfilled through Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon). Once you place your order, Amazon will pick, pack and dispatch your items using their trusted delivery network.
• Wet Bags
Wet bags are shipped directly from Full Stop Period Wear Ltd. These are processed and dispatched by our in-house team.

Processing Time
• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
• Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or in the event of postal service delays.

Shipping Costs
• Standard UK Delivery: Free on all orders over £30
• Orders under £30: A flat rate of £3.50 will apply.

Tracking Your Order
• Period Pants & Pads (Amazon FBA):
A tracking number will be provided by Amazon once your order has been dispatched.
You can track your order directly through Amazon’s tracking system.
• Wet Bags (Direct Fulfilment):
If applicable, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Areas

At present, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
• For Amazon-fulfilled orders, follow the instructions provided by Amazon and your delivery carrier.
• For wet bag orders, the courier will leave a calling card with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control such as severe weather, postal strikes, or courier issues.
While we cannot accept responsibility for these delays, we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation quickly.
